Are your diamonds real?
Yes. All of our diamonds are lab-grown and have the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as natural diamonds. Even under magnification, they are virtually indistinguishable. Each diamond is also certified to verify its quality and authenticity.

How does pricing work for bespoke pieces?
Pricing depends on the materials, diamond specifications, and design you choose. During your consultation, we’ll provide a clear, tailored quote based on your preferences and budget, with no hidden fees.

How long does it take to receive my jewellery?
While delivery times can vary, we recommend allowing 4 to 5 weeks for bespoke engagement rings, and 3 to 4 weeks for men’s bands. In many cases, your piece may be ready sooner.

Do you offer resizing?
Yes. We offer one complimentary resizing after purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
